Mini Prints One Day Course: Saturday 22nd November 2025
Make a series of original small scale prints using techniques such as monoprinting, collage, and relief printing. These unique mini works of art would make perfect gifts or cards, or keep them for yourself!
The workshop will take place in a beautiful large studio located in the centre of historic Lewes. Suitable for beginners or those with some printmaking experience. All materials provided.

Bring your own lunch to enjoy in the studio or garden, or pop out to nearby cafes.
All materials and equipment are included: mark making tools, monoprint plates, paper to print on (A6 or A5), blotting paper, Rollaco etching press, pressprint relief foam, non-toxic professional printing inks, metallic block printing inks, materials for collage, gloves, tea/coffee/biscuits/fruit.
There is no theme as such: you may wish to use a festive motif or you can explore more abstract colour, markmaking, or pattern.
I recommend that you bring an apron or old shirt to protect your clothes. Please also bring your own lunch to enjoy in the studio, or you are welcome to pop out to nearby cafes.
The studio is located at the top of the stairs on the right - there is a stair lift available if required. If you have any accessibility requests please let me know in advance. The studio is well ventilated before and after every session and there will be disposable gloves and hand sanitisier. There are 5 car parking spaces outside the studio that are free and for everyone’s use, on a first come first served basis. Please note however that the access road is narrow and one way, so if you have a large vehicle you may find it easier to find alternative parking. County Hall car park (5 mins away) is £1.10p on Saturdays and free on Sundays. The train station is 15 minutes walk away, and the nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away on Lewes high street.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are unable to attend due to illness or any unforeseen circumstances then please let me know via email as soon as possible. If viable, I will offer you an alternative date for the same or a similar class later in the year. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed then you also have the option for a refund minus 20% of the full cost as this contribution goes towards my studio hire and material costs, which will already have been purchased. In the unlikely event that I have to cancel, you will receive a full refund.
